At Chanels Luxe Hair Extensions, we take pride in ensuring that your luxury hair extensions arrive quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing Occurs Monday-Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We offer the following shipping methods within the U.S.:

  • Domestic Flat Rate Shipping (7-10 business days)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and service selected.
  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $350

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS message with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Also, make sure you are entering the correct billing address or your card will not process the payment.

Please enter an actual address, we do not ship to PO BOXES.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • For damaged items, please email chanelsluxehairextensions@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Shipping

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on location
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs processing.
  • International shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance.
